Thursday 6am – Early Bird run – meeting at the Vine, Sevenoaks
Friday 9am – 10am Steady run – meeting at the Vine, Sevenoaks
Saturday 9am-10am Tough workout/Hills – meeting at the Vine, Sevenoaks

Excellent workouts 7pm Tuesday evenings Methodist Hall, The Drive. A huge amount achieved in short space of time – I’ve finally got a waistline that goes in again!
