Bat & Ball Station

The newly renovated Bat and Ball Station is located on Bat & Ball Road, off Otford Road, Sevenoaks, TN14 5AP (close to the A25 Bat & Ball junction) and offers two function rooms for hire. It is within easy access of the M20 and M25 making it an ideal meeting place.
It is open all year round and is a perfect venue for functions, meetings, conferences, low impact exercise classes, community groups, and a wide range of activities.
Booking hall (image on the left):
This is the bigger of the two rooms (11.5m x 6.5m) and it is very light and airy and has a mounted screen for presentations. It will hold 120 people standing, seats 70 people without tables, and up to 44 people with tables.
Luggage room (image on the bottom right):
This is the smaller of the two rooms (6m x 5m), and it is still very bright and open and has a mounted screen for presentations. It will hold 30 people standing, seats 24 people without tables, and up to 16 people with tables.
FACILITIES:
General: Public toilets are available on site. There is disabled access with double doors and a disabled toilet. An acoustic loop system is fitted in both rooms for those with hearing impairment.
Parking:There is ample free parking at the nearby Community Centre and pay and display parking adjacent to the station.
Equipment: Wi-Fi is available throughout the building and modern audio-visual equipment is available to use.
Refreshments are available if arranged during the booking process however there is also a public café on site.
