With parts of this fine building dating back to the early 1800’s The Woodman is one of Ide Hill’s original ale-houses.
Our choice of hand-pulled ales and fine wines are just as enticing today as they have always been, but we like to think that our food has developed from those days long ago.
Now our menus and chalkboards boast a host of dishes, freshly prepared by our skilled chefs – all served in belt-loosening portions.
The pub has been completely restored to its former glory and now soft music, candles, old photos and an abundance of hops help create a cosy atmosphere.
