Nicola Clissold (MA MRICS) is a Chartered Surveyor who founded Tenir Property Consulting in 2013 to deliver first rate landlord and tenant services. She has over 15 years of surveying experience previously being based in London whilst working throughout the UK representing a broad range of clients including private investors, off-shore trusts, PLCs and family trusts, as both landlord and tenant roles.
Nicola has negotiated all manner of lease events including rent reviews, lease renewals, lease restructures, break options, surrenders. Nicola has also acquired property throughout the country for public and private bodies and understands the need for comprehensive heads of terms.
Nicola has also managed property for over 10 years throughout the UK for landlords and tenants on a day-to-day basis as well as maximizing capital value. Property management work includes rent collection and rent arrears, service charge budgets and reconciliations, manage contractors and initiated tenders accordingly, oversee project works including refurbishment, oversee development including representing Landlord and managing existing Tenants, preparing properties for sale, following through to completion, liaising with agents and solicitors.
