Resimend are a team of craftsmen specialising in the structural repair, renovation and reclamation of listed and modern buildings.

We work closely with leading manufacturers and laboratories plus all design and building professionals. Our aim is to provide cost effective, practical solutions to complex structural challenges, coupled with the need to cause minimal disturbance to the remainder of the buildings fabric and to maintain continuity of the buildings primary function.

Techniques include repair and restoration of structural stone, timber, brickwork and concrete. Using the latest resins combined with stainless steel reinforcement members, traditional materials are also fully considered and evaluated including stone, oak and lime.

The above services are supported by our general building company of 45 years standing, with successfully completed refurbishment and renovation projects to the commercial and domestic sectors.

Our maintenance division offers a service to undertake most jobs from day to day living including plumbing, electrical, plastering, decorating and carpentry.

The company is managed by Terry Blake MCIOB RMaAPS who has accrued 45 years experience in the construction industry. Mark Taylor has recently joined the team with plans of expansion.

Terry was managing director of T.C. Blake Building Contractors for 40 years which attained Chartered status in 1998 and now also operates independently as a chartered building consultant. He is a member of SPAB (The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings) and a registered member of The association of project safety. He also acts as project co-ordinator on minor projects, as well as providing health and safety advice to many construction companies and their sub contractors.
