Foo Foo Fun Club is designed to help women of all ages who are having issues with continence or who lack confidence because of leakage when laughing, sneezing, coughing, jumping or running. It is also generally appropriate for ladies that might be suffering from mild prolapse and want to strengthen their pelvic floor to help with symptoms. It is movement based exercises and will also help you to connect more with the rest of your core and improve posture. As part of the 6 week programme you will need to commit to doing 10 minutes of ‘homework’ exercise daily and you will be supplied with the exercise equipment, dvd and booklet to help you with this.
