Geographers’ A-Z Map Company Ltd is an independent publisher of maps, atlases and guides for Great Britain. Our highly experienced cartographic team base our mapping on Ordnance Survey data to produce Britain’s most accurate and best selling street mapping titles, including the iconic A-Z London.
We also produce a range of national road atlases and a variety of visitor publications, including the new A-Z Adventure Series featuring OS Explorer mapping in a fully indexed atlas format. In addition to our printed titles, we have a digital portfolio for a wide range of smartphones, tablets and pcs.
Started in 1936 as Geographers’ Map Company Ltd, we are now the largest independent map publishing company in the UK, producing iconic products such as the London A-Z.
We produce over 340 mapping products and employ 80 staff, many of whom joined from school, and have been with the Company for over 25 years.
Our founder, Phyllis Pearsall MBE, gave us a motto- “ON WE GO” and as a team we can, and will, do just that, providing high quality mapping products and priding ourselves on customer satisfaction.
