Welcome to Plaxtol Village Bakery… We have remained a family run bakery for the past 38 years having started life in the small village of Plaxtol with one bakery and one shop. Since then (although not on its original site) we now have seven shops and serve over 40 wholesale customers. In our shops, bakery and office, we employ approximately 40 full time and 30 part time staff. Whilst the office is fully computerised and automated, the bakery still retains the skills of craftsmen, but with the efficiency of some modern techniques and equipment. We strive to always be true to our core values, making our delicious products with the finest ingredients, using traditional methods and techniques at a fair price. We also strive to ensure every customer visiting our shops has a pleasant and positive experience.
