My name is Jo and I am a cake maker and decorator based in New Ash Green, North Kent, within easy reach of Gravesend, Dartford, Sevenoaks, Medway and Tonbridge.

I am fully registered with Sevenoak Council and, at my last inspection in October 2012, I was awarded a rating of ‘5’ (Very good) by the Environmental Health Officer.

I have a certificate in food safety and diplomas in sugar paste cake decorating and sugar flowers.

I offer a friendly, approachable service and fantastic cakes designed to your specifications to help make your celebration special. Novelty birthday cakes, christmas cakes and cupcakes are a speciality.

A lot of the models on my cakes have been created as a caracature of the recipient, usually using photos as a guide.

I use good quality ingredients and free range eggs so that your cake tastes as good as it looks. and I currently offer the following types of cake:

Fruit cake, covered with marzipan before icing
Madeira, filled with jam and vanilla buttercream
Rich chocolate cake, filled with chocolate buttercream
Luscious lemon cake, filled with lemon curd and lemon buttercream
Gluten free madeira, filled with jam and vanilla buttercream
