Hos Hother is an interiors shop based in an up and coming area on the outskirts of Sevenoaks.
In 2011 Hanne, originally from Denmark left her role within a Danish Asset Manager and with two sons’ under six felt the time was right to realise her dream of opening a shop full of unique Danish everyday features in the UK.
Hanne’s passion for interiors and design combined with her role as a mother and their love of spending time outdoors was and is central to the shop. “I like to find items that are relatively new to the Danish market, for example the OneLeg stool and the Vita lampshades that I stock”.
Hos Hother online was created to provide a service for customers who live further afield and are looking for interior additions that are not commonly found in British shops.
At Hos Hother we offer a Scandinavian blend that is casual, elegant, rustic and refined, yet warm and cheerful. Scandinavian design has so much to offer, our shop both in store and online is reflective of the Scandi way of living.
We also have a passion for the practical aspects of outdoor life for the whole family. The Scandinavian saying “there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing” is one of the reasons why we created our children’s clothing brand, BenOli. We now stock the ever popular CeLaVi water proofs and the Mikkline winter wear.
