South East Hearing Care Centres is a network of individual, independent hearing healthcare practices across Sussex and Kent. Each of our partner practices offers the same high standards of professional care, personal attention and continued aftercare.
Our partner practices are Chichester Hearing Care Centre, Seaford Hearing Care Centre, Sevenoaks Hearing Care Centre, G Roberts in Bromley and Welling, and South East Hearing Care Centre in Horsham.
Being independent means that we are not tied to just one or two manufacturers. Our hearing aid audiologists are free to select the most suitable hearing aids for each individual client from any of the world’s leading manufacturers. We offer completely impartial advice and our aim is always to find the best-possible overall solution to meet particular hearing requirements.
The decision to have hearing aids fitted is not one taken lightly. We ensure that our clients understand and are totally comfortable with every stage of the process and that all questions and concerns are addressed along the way, whatever the age of the client and/or carer. By preference this would be in one of our partner practices but home visits are also possible where this is more convenient for the client: modern technology means that much of the diagnostic and assessment work can be done equally well in a client’s home.
We value the trust our clients place in us and are very proud of the long-term relationships we have built with clients over the years. The fact that we have so many word-of-mouth recommendations speaks for itself.
For us, aftercare means just that: our job is not complete until a client is totally happy with his or her new or replacement hearing aids. If that means return visits for tweaking or re-programming, so be it. And then there is a programme of regular check-ups and, if and when appropriate, upgrading or updating to ensure continued quality of life.
We pride ourselves on keeping up-to-date with the latest technology in the hearing healthcare industry. Our practices are fully-equipped with modern facilities and we regularly check prototypes of hearing aids to keep abreast of new developments.
All of our resident hearing aid audiologists are proud members of aihhp, the Association of Independent Hearing Healthcare Professionals. We actively promote and stringently uphold the strict Code of Practice that covers all aspects of the service we provide within the private sector of hearing healthcare.
