This is for any level, taught from the beginning.
Thursday: 7.35-8.30pm: TAI CHI HAND FORM.
The Yang style 24-Step Form is taught from beginner to advanced. This is a ‘standardised’ routine that is practiced throughout the world, and is an excellent introduction to tai chi.
Thursday: 8.35-9.30pm: QIGONG.
There are 2 types of qigong taught; static Zhan Zhuang and moving sets of Daoyin exercises.
The latter are health exercises for the Digestive, Cardiovascular, & Respiratory systems. There are also sets of exercises for the bones, joints, and tendons, for the Liver, the Kidneys, for the entire Meridian system, and to generally tone up the body.
This term we will be working on a set for all the major organs in the body.
