CrossFit is a Strength and Conditioning program. We have got classes for anyone from 5 years old up to 100.
We use constant varied functional movements which means your body never adapts to a workout. This is what makes CrossFit so successful.
We use Olympic Weight lifting, Gymnastics and High intensity workouts. You will be pulling, throwing, pushing, squatting, jumping and running.
All the workouts are scalable so anyone can join at any level. The workouts are also all measurable, we either go for the times it takes to finish the rounds, or the weight you have used or the amount of rounds you finish in a certain time. This means that all our members can see their progress and that is what makes CrossFit very addictive.

We believe in Creating Great Habits For Life. Young athletes will pull, push, jump, run and squat with aim to improve fitness in a FUN way!
Workouts are engaging and change constantly. Basic functional movements are core to the workouts and are scalable for every ability and fitness level so every child can participate.
Improved fitness and therefore better health will make children more energetic, stronger and more confident.
