Sevenoaks & Swanley CAB is an independent charity that provides FREE, CONFIDENTIAL, IMPARTIAL, INDEPENDENT advice and information to those who live, work or have connections with the SEVENOAKS and SWANLEY areas.
The service at Sevenoaks & Swanley CAB:
- is provided by trained volunteers who use a national CAB information system
- provides practical help, for instance with drafting letters; advocacy and negotiation with third parties such as creditors
- preparation of cases for tribunals and county court
- may, in some cases, offer free short introductory sessions with local solicitors.
