On 1st May 2009, the Partnership converted to a limited liability partnership. We are now Michael Rogers LLP.
We have grown from our origins in the London suburban market to now provide a wide range of commercial property services in the south east of England from offices in Central London and three strategic M25 locations.
Now, our activities vary from high value commercial property investment transactions at values in excess of £50 million to residential house surveys and valuations, with a full range of services in between.
We specialise in the Office and Industrial sectors with teams of highly experienced people helping clients with the sale and leasing of office space and industrial properties; property acquisition; identifying property investment opportunities and property investment sales; property management, rent reviews, lease renewals, valuations, business rates, surveys and dilapidation claims.
