Longacre Day Nursery is set in a beautiful private house which is situated on an acre of land in Otford, just outside of Sevenoaks. We are registered to care for up to 19 children aged from 3 months which gives us an intimate, homely feel that is not overwhelming for the children who attend the setting and enables the children to know all the staff.
During the week children have the opportunity to participate in French classes provided by a professional French Teacher and on occasion football sessions delivered by qualified coaches. Our large garden is designed as an Outdoor Learning Environment which includes nature walks through the orchard, sandpit, tranquility area, mini beast lairs and the children’s own vegetable and flower gardens as well as the bespoke sensory garden designed by the children and staff. In addition to this we have developed an Outdoor Classroom. All this enables us to support the children’s learning in both the indoor and outdoor environments at all times of the year.
