The Private Psychology Practice (PPP) is run by three clinical psychologists working across South London and Kent.
Dr Anna Oldershaw
Dr Anna Oldershaw offers a safe, non-judgemental space for people to discuss their concerns, their thoughts and their feelings. She has a collaborative approach and tailors her interventions to each individual’s personality, preference, needs and goals.
Anna has experience of working within the NHS with individuals, couples, groups and families, of all ages. She offers a range of psychotherapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, Behavioural Interventions, brief Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and integrative approaches.
Anna has worked with people experiencing many different difficulties, from those seeking a greater self-understanding, to those struggling with problems such as depression, anxiety, loss, or relationship difficulties. She has a special interest in working with people who have eating disorders, those who have experienced trauma, and with parents and families of young children with challenging behaviours.
Anna primarily works within the Sevenoaks area and offers weekly evenings sessions at Body and Soul of Otford.
