Welcome to the Shinka Karate School, a newly founded JKA Shotokan Karate School in Sevenoaks and Medway run on traditional methods for people of all ages from 6 upwards. Shinka is affiliated to the Japan Karate Association England which, in turn, is part of the Japanese Karate Association based in Tokyo, Japan
Karate is an excellent way to develop fitness, strength, coordination and self confidence in both children and adults. Discipline, self-defence, achievement and mutual respect are the core values of Shinka Dojo and all are welcome to come and try, maybe even persevere and reap the rewards of karate training. With frequent gradings, chances to participate in tournaments and, of course, instruction only by CRB checked and certified instructors, Shinka Dojo offers activity and opportunity for all ages.
