The gift shop is reputedly the oldest working shop in the UK dating back to 1453 and the tea rooms in a converted coach house in the stunning National Trust village of Chiddingstone.
In the shop you can buy a wide range of items including gifts, furniture, greeting cards, sweets, ice creams, groceries, candles, scarves and jewellery.
The tea room is newly refurbished with a wood burning stove should it be chilly or the newly planted garden if the weather is kind. You can enjoy a great range of breakfasts, lunches and amazing cakes all freshly made in house. These can be washed down with a cup of tea from the range of Birchall teas, or a latte from our coffee machine (known as Leonardo as he is so beautiful!) Should you fancy something stronger, how about a glass of cider, wine or even prosecco?
