My name is Sophie.
One on one fitness is a workout whilst having fun and getting fit, with a friend and instructor so there is no pressure from anyone else and you can you work at your own level and pace to get fit in your own time.
At the moment we are doing Zumba, Barre and Vibe Plates classes and soon to be many more such as Aerobics and Tap Classes.
Each class is ‘Affordable and Effective’ as well as having fun with your friends and meeting new ones.
For each of these sessions I advise you to book on a week in advance to make sure you get a place.
