Welcome to New Ash Green Children’s Centre. Here you will be able to find out more about the activities and services we offer.
Our purpose is to support local families with pre-school children aged 0 – 5 years by providing information, advice and services. Our work focuses on four main areas:
- Improving social and emotional development
- Improving health and well-being
- Improving the ability to learn
- Strengthening families and communities
Come along and visit your NEW LOOK Children’s Centre and meet our well trained staff who can assist you by providing appropriate services for you and your family to access.
The services may include:
- Family Health services – including once weekly health clinics, health visiting services, midwifery services and baby massage sessions
- Employment and training services for adults – including help for parents with returning to work, adult education classes and support for volunteering, including our Parents Forum and Children’s Centre Steering Commmittee. Creche facilities with fully qualified staff will provide child care for adults engaged
- Family support services – including Paediatric First Aid Courses, Baby Group, Parenting Programmes.
